About The Role
As a Policy & Advocacy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping healthcare policy and driving collaborations with key stakeholders in Indonesia. This position requires strategic leadership to influence policy frameworks, strengthen patient advocacy, and accelerate access to timely and quality care across priority disease areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Shaping & Delivery: Lead end-to-end policy initiatives to resolve stalled engagements with government institutions, ensuring clear milestones and measurable KPIs.
  • Program Execution: Design, implement, and govern strategic policy and patient activation programs; track impact through guideline adoption and regular performance reviews.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build trusted alliances with policymakers, healthcare professionals, patient groups, and key opinion leaders; convene coalitions to drive systemic change.
  • Executive Support: Provide leadership teams with stakeholder maps, negotiation strategies, and policy narratives; coordinate external forums and joint taskforces.
  • Governance & Reporting: Establish transparent OKRs and dashboards; capture and share best practices across therapeutic areas.

Key Qualifications
  • 8–12 years of experience in policy, market access, public affairs, or government relations, with 3–5 years leading complex multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesia’s healthcare ecosystem, including guideline development, procurement, regulatory pathways, and budget cycles.
  • Proven track record of policy achievements or reimbursement decisions that improved patient access.
  • Ability to synthesize clinical, economic, and political insights into clear strategies and compelling policy cases.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with proficiency in policy briefs, executive narratives, and media talking points.
  • Strong commitment to ethics and compliance in engagements with public institutions and patient organizations.
