Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, cultivate, engage, and secure major gifts from HNWIs, foundations, major donors, and high-value individual supporters, with a strong focus on recurring and unrestricted contributions.
- Manage the full major donor lifecycle, from prospect identification and relationship building through personalized engagement, solicitation, gift closing, and long-term stewardship.
- Develop personalized donor engagement strategies based on each donor's interests, philanthropic priorities, relationship history, and capacity to give.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with existing major donors, with a strong farmer mentality focused on increasing engagement, loyalty, giving levels, and long-term commitment.
- Develop and execute major donor fundraising campaigns and initiatives to acquire new HNWI prospects while identifying opportunities to upgrade existing high-potential donors.
- Lead regular donor meetings, communications, events, and bespoke engagement activities to deepen relationships and demonstrate the impact of their contributions.
- Deliver high-quality donor stewardship, including impact reporting, donor recognition, acknowledgments, tax receipts, annual giving summaries, and tailored communications.
- Build and strengthen the internal HNWI and Major Gifts ecosystem, including governance, policies, procedures, CRM and relationship management processes, stewardship frameworks, and ways of working across departments.
- Work closely with Individual Giving and Komunitas Pahlawan Anak (KPA) to leverage the existing individual donor ecosystem and identify opportunities to upgrade high-potential donors into major gift contributors.
- Track donor acquisition, portfolio performance, revenue, fundraising KPIs, and donor engagement trends to identify opportunities and continuously improve fundraising effectiveness.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Program Impact & Operations, Advocacy, Communications, Campaign, Governance, and Transform Hub to ensure donor needs and fundraising strategies are effectively supported internally.
- Manage and develop the donor relations function as required, including establishing KPIs, improving ways of working, and supporting professional development.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in major donor fundraising, philanthropy, HNWI relationship management, wealth management, private banking, hospitality, luxury, or other relationship-driven environments involving high-value individuals.
- Proven track record of engaging, cultivating, and building long-term relationships with HNWIs, major donors, foundations, CEOs, senior executives, or other high-level individual networks.
- Demonstrated experience in securing significant gifts, contributions, investments, or high-value commercial relationships, with the ability to manage the relationship through the full engagement and closing cycle.
- Candidates from Financial Services, Private Banking, Wealth Management, Hospitality, Luxury, or other high-touch relationship-driven industries are encouraged to apply if they have strong exposure to HNWIs and senior individuals.
- Strong experience developing donor or relationship management systems, including CRM processes, governance, stewardship frameworks, portfolio management, and relationship tracking.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to analyze donor trends, portfolio performance, giving patterns, and fundraising opportunities.
- Strong understanding of major gift fundraising, donor cultivation, stewardship, and the principles of unrestricted fundraising.
- Comfortable developing and presenting fundraising strategies, donor engagement plans, and portfolio updates to Board Members, HNWIs, CEOs, and other senior stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, with the credibility and confidence to engage senior and high-profile individuals.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to collaborate effectively across fundraising, finance, programs, communications, operations, and leadership teams.
- Highly trustworthy and discreet, with strong judgment when handling sensitive donor relationships and information.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Values-driven, ambitious, creative, collaborative, agile, and highly aligned with the organization's mission and values.
- Humble, approachable, energetic, and direct personality, with a strong ability to build genuine relationships.
- Collaborative and hands-on, with a willingness to get into the details and support the wider team when required.

- Indonesian citizenship is required.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Management, or a related field.
