Operations Specialist

Our client operates a critical data centre facility in West Java and is seeking an Operations Specialist to join their technical team on a full-time, shift-based arrangement. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of mechanical and electrical systems that keep the facility running reliably around the clock. You'll work across a rotating shift pattern, managing technical maintenance, responding to alarm notifications, and ensuring all critical infrastructure performs to specification.

• Manage mechanical and electrical systems in a mission-critical data centre environment
• Shift-based role with hands-on technical maintenance and alarm response responsibilities

Preferred Requirements

• Mechanical engineering background with practical experience in critical facility environments
• Electrical engineering knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting capability
• 3-5 years of technical maintenance experience in data centres or similar mission-critical infrastructure
• Proven ability to respond promptly to alarm notifications and escalate issues appropriately
• Comfortable working rotating shifts and adapting to on-call requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
• Relevant certifications in HVAC, power systems, or critical infrastructure management
• Familiarity with data centre standards and best practices (e.g. Tier classification, ISO 27001)
