We are partnering with a leading multi-brand retail organization to hire a General Manager – Operations. This role will oversee overall retail operations, drive operational excellence, and ensure consistent business performance across the organization.

- Lead and oversee end-to-end retail operations across multiple locations and concepts.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to improve sales performance, productivity, and profitability.
- Ensure consistent operational standards and customer experience across the retail network.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement initiatives to improve store performance and efficiency.
- Work closely with Merchandising, Commercial, Marketing, HR, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to achieve business objectives.
- Lead, coach, and develop store and operations leadership teams.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure strong execution of business initiatives.
- Provide operational insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in retail, with strong exposure to multi-store operations.
- Proven experience managing operations for established retail brands.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to drive operational and financial performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience managing multi-brand or geographically dispersed retail operations is highly preferred.
