Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary NetSuite administrator and local system owner for the Indonesia business.
• Manage day-to-day NetSuite administration, including user support, issue resolution, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Gather business requirements and coordinate system enhancements, configurations, and process improvements.
• Act as the bridge between IT and Finance to ensure NetSuite effectively supports finance and operational processes.
• Collaborate closely with the regional NetSuite team to align system changes, best practices, and ongoing support.
• Participate in ERP implementation, optimization, and future enhancement initiatives to improve business efficiency.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance system performance, user experience, and business processes.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in ERP administration, implementation, or support.
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementation or migration projects; NetSuite experience is highly preferred, while experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or other ERP systems will also be considered.
• Good understanding of Accounting and Finance business processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent English communication skills is a must.
• Proactive, energetic, and eager to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
