A leading FMCG company is looking for a National Sales Promotion Manager to develop & execute national promotion strategies.

  • Reports to Sales Director.

About the Client
A leading FMCG company is looking for National Sales Promotion Manager to develop and execute national promotion strategies aligned with sales targets and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement consumer promotion programs (bundling, lucky draw, Scan & Win, etc.) across offline and digital channels.
  • Lead sales activation programs including in-store and field activations (events, schools, traditional outlets, supermarkets) with regional teams.
  • Manage promotion budgets and ensure strong ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align communication, execution timing, and sales targets.
  • Manage agencies and vendors for creative development and on-ground execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance (sales uplift, engagement, redemption) and deliver post-campaign analysis and recommendations.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related field.
  • Min. 10 years experience in Sales Promotion or Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG.
  • Proven experience managing national-scale promotions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
  • Strong budget management and campaign performance analysis capability.
  • Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
