About the Client:
A leading FMCG client is looking for National Sales Manager to lead and drive nationwide sales performance across channels, ensuring delivery of revenue, volume, and market share targets through strong distribution, team leadership, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with company objectives to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets
Lead and manage the nationwide sales team (Area/Regional Managers, Supervisors), including coaching, KPI management, and performance evaluation
Monitor sales performance, forecasting, demand planning, and product availability to ensure target achievement
Manage and optimize distribution channels (General Trade, Modern Trade, MTI, and e-commerce as a plus), including distributor performance evaluation
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to drive effective sales strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, HR) to align promotions, budgeting, stock readiness, and distributor A/R control
Prepare regular sales reports and provide data-driven strategic insights to management

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
Minimum 10+ years of experience in FMCG sales, with 3-5 years in managerial roles
Experience in packaged food industry is highly preferred
Strong understanding of national distribution (GT)
Strong business acumen, analytical capability, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
