About the Client:
A leading multinational beverage company with more than 200 brands globally is looking for National Business Development Manager to manage their spirit business.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver key financial targets such as Net Sales Value, Operating Profit, Operating Cash Conversion, and market share
  • Responsible for leading business performance of the distributors
  • Effectively leading, planning, directing, motivating, training, and measuring the business delivery of distributor organizations
  • Anticipate constantly evolving business trends to improve performance and mitigate risks
  • Lead the negotiation of commercial arrangement with the distributors, this includes rolling forecast sales, credit management, and trade spend management
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from reputable university.
  • 10-15+ years of customer sales experience, ideally in a FMCG Modern Trade/HoReCa background and an ability to build relationships with customers, supported by proven negotiations skills capability
  • Experienced in engaging cross functionally with senior leaders with a previous responsibility for the deployment and management of meaningful financial budgets
  • Highly numerical with experience in development of profitable customer propositions and a comprehensive understanding and previous delivery of key commercial measures
  • Ability to structure and present compelling commercial propositions with your excellent verbal communication and organizational skills
