Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated multi-channel marketing and promotion plans to achieve business objectives and market share growth.
  • Lead product development initiatives for new launches and re-launches, ensuring alignment with therapeutic area priorities and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform strategy and optimize engagement.
  • Manage advertising and promotion budgets, ensuring efficient allocation across digital and traditional channels.
  • Drive pricing strategy and analysis to support competitive positioning in key therapeutic areas.
  • Oversee planning and sales forecasting processes to support sustainable growth.
  • Champion digital transformation by embedding data-driven, patient-centric, and multi-channel engagement strategies across the organization.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
  • 3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry; prior pharma experience highly preferred.
  • Strong brand management skills with proven analytical thinking.
  • Positive mindset, results-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
  • Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly interpersonal, motivated, and digitally savvy.
