Logistic Manager – FMCG

Our client is a growing FMCG company looking for an experienced Logistic Manager to lead their supply chain operations. In this full-time role, you'll oversee last-mile and middle-mile logistics, manage fulfilment to customers, and coordinate stock replenishment across their warehouse network. This is a hands-on position where you'll drive efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness across the entire logistics function.

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations, from warehouse replenishment through to final customer delivery
• Lead last-mile and middle-mile logistics strategy to optimise delivery performance and costs
• Oversee stock replenishment across multiple warehouse locations to ensure product availability

Preferred Requirements

• Proven experience managing logistics operations in a fast-moving consumer goods environment
• Strong knowledge of last-mile and middle-mile logistics processes and best practices
• Demonstrated ability to manage warehouse operations and inventory replenishment across multiple sites
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and external partners
• Proficiency with logistics management systems and data analysis to drive continuous improvement
