About the Role
This role is responsible for managing the company’s product licensing, regulatory registration, and compliance activities to ensure all products meet applicable Indonesian regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will oversee product registrations, halal certification processes, regulatory documentation, and interactions with government authorities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this position plays a critical role in supporting product commercialization, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring timely approvals across the company’s FMCG portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities and external stakeholders, including BPOM, BPJPH, PKRT, and other relevant government agencies, to facilitate licensing and regulatory processes.
• Coordinate product registration and regulatory submission activities for food, beverage, cosmetic, or consumer products through applicable government systems and regulatory platforms.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Indonesian regulations, standards, and licensing requirements, including BPOM regulations, halal certification requirements, and PKRT standards.
• Manage halal certification processes by coordinating documentation, regulatory submissions, product assessments, and communications with relevant certification authorities.
• Monitor regulatory developments, approval statuses, and compliance requirements to ensure timely product launches and uninterrupted business operations.
• Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory documentation, product labels, ingredient declarations, technical dossiers, and supporting materials required for government submissions and audits.
• Support cross-functional teams by providing regulatory guidance on product development, labeling, packaging, commercialization, and market entry requirements.
• Track regulatory timelines, product registration progress, and licensing requirements to ensure accurate reporting and timely completion of all regulatory activities.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline from a reputable university.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with government authorities and cross-functional teams.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, product registration, licensing, compliance, or related functions within the FMCG, consumer goods, food and beverage, cosmetics, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Proven experience in managing BPOM product registrations, halal certification processes, and regulatory documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple regulatory projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian regulatory frameworks, including BPOM regulations, BPJPH halal assurance requirements, and PKRT regulations.
• Strong proficiency in preparing regulatory submissions, reviewing product labels and technical documentation, and supporting regulatory audits and inspections.
• Strong understanding of product compliance requirements, regulatory approval processes, and government licensing procedures applicable to FMCG products.
