Lead Product Manager – Onboarding

About the Role
We are looking for a Lead PM or Senior PM to own the onboarding portfolio at a leading investment platform in Indonesia. This role sits at the intersection of growth and compliance, covering KYC flows, user activation, and onboarding experience end-to-end. You will report to the Lead Product Manager and work cross-functionally with engineering, design, risk, and compliance teams.

What You Will Do

• Own the full onboarding and KYC product portfolio, from strategy through execution
• Drive improvements to activation and conversion rates across the onboarding funnel
• Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure regulatory alignment without compromising user experience
• Define and track product KPIs, run prioritisation frameworks, and communicate roadmap decisions to stakeholders
• Work in a multicultural environment alongside teams across functions and geographies

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 4 years of product management experience
• Experience owning onboarding, KYC, or growth product portfolios
• Background in financial services or investment products, current or previous
• Indonesian national (required)
• Experience with B2C investment products (stocks, mutual funds, bonds, leverage) or platforms (payments, user engagement) is a strong plus
• Prior exposure to a stock brokerage company is a plus
• Comfortable working in multicultural, cross-functional environments
