About The Role
As a Launch Excellence & Business Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating successful product launches and ensuring that external collaborations deliver measurable impact. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to manage third-party partnerships to drive compliance, continuity, and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch Excellence: Develop and oversee cross-functional launch plans, ensuring clear accountability and alignment with leadership.
  • Partner with Brand Managers to establish strategic imperatives, objectives, and key results, while ensuring seamless coordination across functions.
  • Implement governance frameworks and progress tracking, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, reporting challenges to launch leadership.
  • Lead strategic projects in new product planning, including market insights, unmet needs, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Oversee operational processes to ensure successful launches and refine execution plans with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to set KPIs and track performance.
  • Ensure compliance with external regulations and internal policies, particularly in engagements with patient groups.
  • Business Partnerships: Manage and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance using appropriate metrics and tools.
  • Work closely with business clients to understand collaboration needs and opportunities.
  • Evaluate potential collaboration opportunities, including alliances, licensing, and acquisition deals.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in science; MBA preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in English communication (oral and written).
  • Demonstrated success in launch excellence, project management, and stakeholder influence.
  • Proven track record of high performance in cross-functional engagement with strong business acumen.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage complexity and demonstrate maturity.
  • Must-have skills: data analytics, insight mining, collaboration, organizational ability, strategic mindset, negotiation, and project management.
