They are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead enterprise-wide technology transformation, modernize legacy systems, build high-performing technology teams, and deliver scalable platforms that will support the next phase of business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's enterprise IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the modernization of enterprise applications, ERP, infrastructure, and core technology platforms.
- Drive technology transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and business performance.
- Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and technology governance.
- Build and develop internal technology capabilities while managing key technology vendors and partners.
- Partner closely with business leaders to deliver technology solutions that support organizational growth and innovation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 12-15 years of progressive IT leadership experience, with experience leading enterprise technology functions.
- Proven track record in delivering large-scale technology transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Strong experience across enterprise applications, ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and IT operations.
- Experience managing large technology teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to balance long-term planning with operational execution.
- Experience within retail, FMCG, manufacturing, consumer, or similarly complex organizations will be an advantage.
