IP & Pelletizing Lead – Shoes Manufacturing

Our client is seeking an experienced IP & Pelletizing Lead to join their manufacturing operations team. In this full-time role, you'll oversee all aspects of IP & Pelletizing production, from planning and execution through to continuous improvement and compliance. You'll manage a production team, drive quality and safety standards, and work across departments to meet production targets while maintaining strict adherence to OHS, energy, and environmental management systems.

• Lead IP & Pelletizing production planning, monitoring, and control to achieve targets and quality standards
• Supervise production execution, coach team leaders, and drive continuous improvement across the operation
• Ensure full compliance with OHS, quality, energy, and environmental management systems

Preferred Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of IP & Pelletizing production processes and production planning methodologies
• Proven experience implementing OHS systems and managing compliance in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated expertise in quality control and energy and environmental management
• Solid people management and coaching skills, with the ability to develop leaders and evaluate team performance
• Strong problem-solving ability, analytical thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualification in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline
• D3 or S1 from related bachelor (chemical or industrial engineering) are highly preferred.
• Relevant certifications in OHS management, quality systems (ISO 9001), or environmental management (ISO 14001)
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing operations leadership or production supervision roles
