The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with senior leaders and managers as a trusted advisor, supporting business outcomes through effective people strategies. This role sits at the intersection of business priorities and HR execution, ensuring that workforce decisions, leadership actions, and people processes are aligned with organizational direction.

Employee Relations & Risk Management
  • Manage sensitive employee matters with sound judgment, balancing business needs, fairness, and legal compliance.
  • Advise leaders on disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee conduct issues.

  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with business leaders in corporate, commercial, or industrial environments.
  • Strong grounding in Indonesian labor regulations and employee relations practices.
