- Hands on HR Leader with Project & Change Management Capability - Strong Total Rewards & Talent Management Expertise - Strategic HR Business Partner
About the Role:
We are partnering with a leading multinational pharmaceutical and consumer health organization to identify a strategic HR Business Partner to support business growth in Thailand.
This role will work closely with local leadership and regional HR teams to drive people strategies aligned with commercial priorities and organizational effectiveness.

We are partnering with a leading multinational pharmaceutical and consumer health organization to identify a strategic HR Business Partner to support business growth in Thailand.
This role will work closely with local leadership and regional HR teams to drive people strategies aligned with commercial priorities and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, translating business objectives into HR strategies and initiatives
- Lead end-to-end HR programs covering talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development
- Drive succession planning, leadership capability development, and workforce planning
- Partner with regional Centers of Excellence on Total Rewards, learning, and HR process improvements
- Provide consultative advice to managers on people matters, change management, and compliance
- Ensure HR practices align with corporate policies and Thai labor regulations
- Support employee engagement, internal communication, and culture initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within multinational pharma or healthcare-related environment
- Strong HRBP experience with exposure to talent and performance management
- Experience working in matrix structure and regional collaboration
- Solid knowledge of Thai labor law
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good command of English
