Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing HR insights that support business goals and organizational efficiency.
• Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal, employee relations, and training & development.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals and compliant with Indonesian labor laws.
• Drive performance management initiatives that build capability and enable career growth at all levels.
• Handle disciplinary issues, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Support department heads in workforce planning, organizational development, and employee retention strategies.
• Oversee HR reporting, payroll review, and statutory submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Champion initiatives that enhance employee morale, productivity, and workplace inclusivity.
Key Qualifications:
• 5–7 years of experience in an HR managerial role, preferably within dynamic or startup environments.
• Strong personality with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Passion for working with numbers, with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
