Head of Sales (HNWI) – Fintech

An exciting opportunity to lead the HNWI (High Net Worth Individual) Sales Division at a leading Fintech company!

About the Company:
Our client is a prominent and innovative player in Indonesia's fintech space, committed to making investment and financial products accessible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive overall revenue growth and AUM (Assets Under Management) from the HNWI segment by building and scaling a high-performing Relationship Management (RM) team.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire, manage, and grow relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), focusing on investment products such as equities, bonds, mutual funds, and structured products.
  • Leverage an existing network and build new relationships with affluent clients from securities firms, private banking, investment banks, and international financial institutions.
  • Lead end-to-end client lifecycle management, including prospecting, onboarding, portfolio advisory, cross-selling, and long-term relationship retention.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing tailored investment strategies aligned with their financial goals, risk appetite, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (product, research, trading, and marketing teams) to deliver differentiated wealth solutions and seamless client experiences.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and macroeconomic developments to continuously refine client strategies and sales approaches.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a team of Relationship Managers, setting clear KPIs, driving performance, and instilling a strong sales and client-centric culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal governance standards in managing client portfolios and relationships.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or HNWI Relationship Management roles.
  • Background working Brokerage, Investment Fintech. Investment banks and/or International banks is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience leading teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • Strong, proven track record in managing and growing HNWI / UHNW client portfolios, with demonstrable AUM and revenue achievements.
  • Well-established network of HNWI clients and the ability to bring in immediate business impact.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets and investment products, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and structured solutions.
  • Strong leadership experience, with the ability to build and scale high-performing sales / RM teams.
  • Highly commercial mindset with a strong "hunter" instinct balanced with long-term relationship management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., WPPE / WMI or equivalent) are highly preferred.
