Head of Sales - Structural Components (Footwear Industry)

We are currently representing a global industrial solutions company that supplies technical components and advanced materials for the footwear manufacturing industry. The organization is looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead commercial strategy, drive business growth, and strengthen partnerships with leading footwear manufacturers across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy
  • Manage key accounts within the footwear industry
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support customers
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within footwear manufacturing, textiles, or specialty industrial components.
  • Strong experience managing key accounts and complex commercial negotiations.
  • Proven leadership experience managing sales teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and results orientation.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin would be an advantage.
  • Prior exposure to footwear manufacturing or industrial component solutions is highly preferred.
