Head of Product Design – Investment Product

As the platform continues to scale, the company is investing heavily in product innovation and user experience to support new product launches and expanding customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Product Designers responsible for consumer facing products across the platform
- Define and drive the overall product design strategy, ensuring a consistent and high quality user experience across multiple product areas
- Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering leaders to shape product direction and influence strategic decisions
- Guide the design team through end to end product development including discovery, ideation, prototyping, and launch
- Focus on designing and launching new product experiences rather than solely optimizing existing flows
- Establish strong design standards, frameworks, and scalable design systems
- Leverage tools such as Figma, FigJam, and emerging AI powered design tools to improve design collaboration and speed
- Represent the design function in cross functional leadership discussions and influence product direction at the leadership level
Key Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Design within technology driven companies
- At least 4 years of experience managing and developing Product Designers
- Strong experience designing consumer facing digital products such as mobile apps or digital platforms
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams in product driven organizations
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to engage in strategic discussions with senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with investment products such as stocks or crypto is a plus, especially for candidates who actively invest or trade personally
- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
- Strong hands on experience using Figma and modern design collaboration tools
