As the business continues to scale, the organization is looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of People & Organisation to strengthen people capability, organizational structure, and company culture while supporting sustainable business growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the overall People & Organisation strategy aligned with business goals and expansion plans
- Act as a strategic business partner to the founders and leadership team on organization structure, workforce planning, and people-related decisions
- Oversee all HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Organization Development, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and HR Operations
- Build and strengthen organizational culture, employee engagement, and leadership capability across all levels
- Drive organization effectiveness initiatives including organization design, succession planning, and talent development
- Establish scalable HR policies, SOPs, and systems to support operational efficiency and business growth
- Develop performance management frameworks and ensure strong execution across departments
- Utilize HR analytics and workforce insights to support strategic decision making and productivity improvement
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and internal governance standards
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to create a high-performance and values-driven organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in senior leadership role
- Strong exposure in Organization Development, Talent Management, and overall HR strategic functions
- Experience from FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or fast-growing companies will be highly preferred
- Proven experience in building and scaling HR systems, policies, and organizational structure
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with ability to partner closely with founders and leadership team
- Strong business acumen with strategic and operational HR capabilities
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Muslim candidate is required
- Maximum 40 years old
