Head of People & Culture

Driven by rapid expansion, our client is seeking an agile, strategic, and high-energy Head of People & Culture to lead their core HR pillars: Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnership (HRBP), and People Development.

As the Head of People & Culture, you will be the strategic architect of the organization's workforce capability and growth engine. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, strategic HRBP alignment across regions, and frontline-to-leadership development programs.

In this role, you will balance high-volume recruitment execution with long-term organizational development, ensuring regional headquarters and field operations are fully staffed with high-performing, well-trained, and highly engaged talent.

• Lead and scale the nationwide Talent Acquisition engine to meet aggressive multi-site expansion targets and corporate hiring demands.
• Build mass-recruitment frameworks, regional hiring pipelines, and campus/community partnerships for frontline teams and management trainees.
• Optimize recruitment technology and employer branding to establish the company as an employer of choice across target markets.

2. Strategic HR Business Partnership (HRBP)

• Lead the HRBP organization across corporate head office, regional hubs, and field operations to bridge business strategy with workforce execution.
• Partner closely with Regional Operations Leaders and Area Managers to diagnose workforce challenges, optimize labor efficiency, and drive overall performance.
• Drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and frontline labor relations across all regions.

3. People Development & Learning Architecture

• Oversee the People Development/L&D function to design structured career pathways, leadership development programs, and operational skill training modules.
• Build robust onboarding, certification, and Management Trainee (MT) programs to accelerate talent readiness for new location launches.
• Implement performance management, succession planning, and talent review frameworks across corporate and field teams.

4. HR Leadership & Executive Strategy

• Lead, mentor, and elevate the Talent Acquisition, HRBP, and People Development teams into a cohesive, high-performing HR unit.
• Use HR analytics, headcount modeling, and retention metrics to provide strategic insights directly to the Board and C-Suite.

Key Requirements

• Education & Track Record: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields; 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a Head of HR, HR Director, or Senior HRBP leadership role.
• Target Background: Proven track record in hyper-growth, multi-site consumer or service-driven industries with high-volume frontline workforces.
• Mass Recruitment Mastery: Proven capability in managing high-volume, multi-region recruitment drives simultaneously across multiple cities.
• Integrated HR Pillar Oversight: Deep, hands-on expertise in leading Talent Acquisition, HRBP networks, and People Development/L&D functions.
• Attributes: Exceptional commercial acumen, high energy, resilience in fast-moving environments, and the ability to influence C-level stakeholders while staying grounded with frontline operational teams.
