Head of Mitra Management (Confidential) – Tech

About the Company:
Our client is a is a fast-growing tech company focusing on technology driven operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end Mitra Management strategy across Greater Jakarta, overseeing workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, retention, engagement, and performance management for operational partners.
  • Manage the full Mitra lifecycle including hiring, onboarding readiness, training, retention initiatives, engagement programs, and exit processes.
  • Oversee multiple key operational pillars including workforce fulfillment, retention, performance & development, and performance analytics.
  • Ensure strong onboarding programs that prepare Mitra partners for operational readiness and productivity.
  • Develop retention strategies by benchmarking compensation, incentives, and benefits to reduce churn and improve workforce stability.
  • Act as the voice of Mitra partners by identifying operational challenges, workforce pain points, and translating field insights into actionable recommendations for management.
  • Monitor key workforce metrics including retention, productivity, churn, compliance, and workforce supply.
  • Redefine operational KPIs and workforce frameworks based on evolving business needs.
  • Manage relationships with outsourcing vendors and external workforce partners to ensure operational continuity and service quality.
  • Conduct data analysis to generate operational insights and support strategic decision-making for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, HR, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure smooth policy execution and workforce optimization.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a large Mitra Management organization across multiple functions.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in operations, outsourcing, workforce management, logistics operations, or Mitra/partner management.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Operations, HR, or related fields.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale blue-collar workforce ecosystems within companies such as Ride hailing, logistics companies, quick commerce platforms, or similar high-volume operational businesses.
  • Strong experience across the following areas: workforce fulfillment, onboarding, retention, performance management, and workforce analytics.
  • Strong understanding of outsourcing models, mass hiring operations, and partner ecosystem management.
  • Experience handling workforce escalations, operational incidents, and partner-related issues in high-pressure environments.
  • Proven track record of leading large teams
  • Strong balance of operational execution, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
  • Highly data-driven with the ability to translate operational data into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Comfortable operating in a highly mobile role across HQ and operational sites within Greater Jakarta.
