As our Head of Marketing, you won't just manage a playbookâyouâll write it. You will own our entire marketing engine, seamlessly blending creative brand storytelling with high-performing digital acquisition strategies.
đŻ What Youâll Do This is a holistic leadership role where you will oversee three core pillars:
- Brand Marketing: Define our voice, positioning, and narrative. Youâll ensure our mission resonates deeply with students, parents, and educators alike, building lasting community trust and organic brand awareness.
- Digital & Content Marketing: Lead our social media, content strategy, email marketing, and SEO efforts. You will build an engine that educates, engages, and nurtures prospects throughout their learning journey.
- Performance Marketing: Own the acquisition budget. Youâll design, test, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels, constantly optimizing for CAC, LTV, and ROI.
- An EdTech Enthusiast: You understand the unique psychology of the education marketâitâs not just a transaction; it's an investment in someone's future.
- A "Full-Stack" Marketer: You are rare. You can brainstorm a beautiful, emotional brand campaign in the morning, and dive deep into Google Analytics or SQL data to fix a leaky conversion funnel in the afternoon.
- A Startup Soul: You thrive in ambiguity. You are excited to execute hands-on today while building out a world-class marketing team for tomorrow.
- Data-Driven, Creative-Led: You use data to validate your hypotheses, but you know that great creative is what ultimately wins hearts and minds.
- 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a B2C startup, subscription service, or EdTech company.
- Proven track record of scaling a brand from early-stage to mass market.
- Deep technical expertise in performance marketing channels, attribution modeling, and marketing automation tools.
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for storytelling.
