Head of Marketing (Retail)
We are lookng for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead one of the fastest growing international retail companies in Indonesia.
About the Company:
Our client is a leading consumer goods multinational retail company with a diverse product portfolio and a growing presence in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with research agency to conduct consumer research and ability to analyze
result, then turns into insight and applicable initiative to build the brand.
- Joint forces with creative agency to create a consumer-centric campaign, then media agency
to build an IMC plan for flawless execution.
- Strengthen our corporate image with help from PR agency to build yearly PR sustenance
plan, including risk management and store opening celebrations.
- Work with cross-functional team to create, drive and deliver a flawless and successful store
promotion
- Seek partnerships with payments providers and create partnership with brands, including
product and branding collaborations
- Hand-in-hand tight day-to-day counterpart interactions with marketing regional team to
create best-in-class brand plans to deliver the business and marketing KPIs
- Identify the latest trends and content topics affecting our industry
- Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
Job Requirement
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Experience in a digital marketing or marketing position will be an added advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics, ATL & BTL.
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in marketing.
- At least 5-10 years marketing experience preferably in retail or FMCG
- Excellent writing skills and fluency in English and other languages would be an added advantage.
