Head of Marketing (FMCG)
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead end-to-end marketing for a high-growth FMCG portfolio.
About the Client:
A leading FMCG company is looking for Head of Marketing to lead the end-to-end marketing function for the food category, driving sustainable growth through brand building, innovation, portfolio strategy, and commercial excellence. The role is accountable for delivering market share, revenue, and profitability targets while strengthening brand equity and consumer loyalty across channels and markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead category & brand strategy to drive long-term growth and market leadership
- Own innovation pipeline from concept to commercialization, delivering successful product launches
- Drive brand equity & integrated communications across ATL, BTL, digital, and retail channels
- Partner with Sales to execute pricing, promotion, and channel strategies for revenue growth
- Expand market presence through new channels, regions, and export opportunities
- Manage marketing budget & performance with strong ROI and KPI delivery (market share, revenue, margin)
- Leverage data & insights for decision-making, campaign optimization, and business planning
- Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering innovation and leadership development
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in FMCG, preferably food/snack category.
- Minimum 5 years in senior leadership role managing teams and multi-brand portfolios.
- Demonstrated success in innovation launches and brand growth initiatives.
- Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization.
- Strong business acumen, analytical capability, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
- Willing to work from Office in Tangerang, Banten
