Head of IT Security

A leading large-scale FMCG group in Indonesia is strengthening its enterprise security capability and is seeking a Head of IT Security to lead and mature its organization-wide security function.

This role will act as the top authority for IT Security, responsible for driving security strategy, governance, and execution across IT systems, operations, and business platforms.

• Define and execute enterprise-wide IT security strategy and governance.
• Lead ISO 27001 implementation and continuous security maturity improvement.
• Own end-to-end incident response and crisis readiness.
• Drive enterprise risk management across IT, data, and operational systems.
• Embed security practices into IT, digital, and operational initiatives.
• Lead and develop a growing IT Security team.
• Build security awareness and a strong security-first culture.
• Report security posture, risks, and initiatives to senior IT leadership.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in information security, cybersecurity, or risk management.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership or head-level role.
• Strong experience with ISO 27001, NIST, or similar frameworks.
• Background in large enterprise, FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain environments is highly preferred.
• Comfortable operating in early-to-mid security maturity environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and execution capability.
