With an extensive nationwide store network and manufacturing operations across three sites, they are seeking a Head of IR & GA— a newly created leadership role that will oversee Industrial Relations, General Affairs, and Corporate Communications under one roof.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity and can move at the pace the business demands.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity and can move at the pace the business demands.
What You Will Need
- 8–12 years of experience across Corporate Affairs, General Affairs, or a combination of related functions — F&B, retail, or high-volume operations experience is a strong advantage
- Proven experience building or formalising asset management systems — from coding and categorisation through to transfer tracking and lifecycle reporting
- Strong working knowledge of General Affairs operations, including facilities, vendor management, and cross-site coordination
- Experience overseeing or contributing to corporate communications and social media governance — you understand how tone, consistency, and culture show up online
- A hands-on, execution-first mindset — you are energised by building practical systems that work, not by producing frameworks that sit on shelves
- The ability to lead and develop a team of managers across IR, GA, and CorpComm — you align people to priorities and follow through
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills — you work well with owners, operators, and frontline teams alike
- A collaborative, open-minded, and approachable leadership style — Gen Z-friendly in the way you communicate and manage
- Maximum age 45, with the energy and adaptability to match the pace of a scaling, owner-led business
- Willing to be based in East Java or relocate as required by the business
- General Affairs & Asset Management — Build and implement a structured asset management system from the ground up: asset coding, purchase date tracking, and transfer/movement history. Roll this out first at the corporate level, then extend to manufacturing facilities across three sites in Java
- Internal Relations — Ensure reporting lines are clear, internal communication flows are functioning, and people across the organisation are informed and aligned — particularly as the business continues to scale
- Corporate Communications & Social Media — Oversee the company's social media culture and ensure communications across channels are consistent, on-brand, and reflective of the company's identity and values
- Lead and develop a team of managers across IR, GA, and Corporate Communications — setting clear priorities, tracking delivery, and building capability within the team
- Work closely with ownership and senior leadership to translate business priorities into executable 3–6 month plans across all three functions
- Identify and close operational gaps in GA and CorpComm that have grown as the business has scaled — bringing structure without overcomplicating what needs to stay lean and fast
- Establish basic reporting and visibility across asset movements, communications activities, and internal relations matters
