Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of the AI platform and agents for enterprise customers, from initial scoping through to production launch
- Define requirements, success metrics, and integration plans for proof of concepts and customer onboardings
- Coordinate platform implementation, system integrations, and agent refinement across internal and customer teams
- Align product, engineering, and customer stakeholders on deliverables, timelines, and SLAs throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Track project progress, manage risks proactively, and remove blockers before they become problems
- Monitor AI agent performance in production and drive continuous improvement initiatives post-launch
- Identify new AI use cases with customers to expand adoption and deepen platform impact
- Minimum 12 years of experience in consulting (MBB and a fast-growing startup environment
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working with technical concepts including APIs, data flows, and system integrations
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and keep complex cross-functional efforts on track
- Proactive and hands-on approach with a genuine interest in AI-driven products and enterprise technology
