The Head of HR will lead the Group's human resources function, overseeing talent strategy, workforce planning, employee relations, and organisational development across environment, power, and engineering/consultancy businesses. This role partners closely with the Executive Director and business unit leaders to build the people capability needed to support the Group's growth, including expansion tied to national infrastructure priorities such as the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone and rising data centre-driven demand.
