About the role 

Our client is a world-renowned logistics company. They have a strong global brand and a decades long presence in Indonesia. They are currently looking to bring in a visionary Head of HR to join their high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Country leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, driving performance, growth, and talent development across the organization
  • Champion the execution of HR strategy on a local level, driving the implementation of processes, programs, tools, and systems in alignment with regional and global HR guidelines
  • Strive for continuous enhancement of HR processes and systems, ensuring that local practices are harmonized with regional and global standards to drive operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness
  • Navigate employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and fostering a positive, collaborative workplace culture. Act as a key liaison with labor unions, local communities, and industry associations
  • Lead the development of effective recruitment strategies and employee retention initiatives to attract, engage, and retain top talent within the region
Preferred Requirements: 
  • Over 10-12 years of HR management and leadership experience with multinational companies 
  • Proven track record in managing big organizational change projects including mergers & acquisitions and organizational transformation 
  • Experienced managing HR Strategy, HRPB, Total Rewards, Industrial Relations, Talent Management, and Change Management. 
  • Experienced in working in an international and matrixed structure 
  • Fluent in English and experienced in working closely with stakeholders at the country, regional and global level.
