Head of HR (Mining)

This role is a unique opportunity to join the client's Corporate HR team (based in Jakarta) for a mining company. Selected candidates will be closely partnering with directors to execute an HR plan that is leading to business sustainability efforts.

• As the Head of HR, this position will report to the business director and be expected to support daily HR operations and administrative task.
• To create and improve policies and SOP for the company's business process improvement, as well as running and to look after payroll.
• Plan, lead and manage the full spectrum human resource functions, recruitment & selection, compensation &benefits, performance management, industrial relations, organization development and training & development to meet business needs.
• Responsible for full spectrum of general affairs.
• Ensuring that all HRGA Policies & Standard Operation Procedures HRGA in compliance with current legislation

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of progressive HR experience combination of generalist and specialist (C&B and OD) experience, preferably in Mining or Manufacturing Industry with a huge number of blue collar workers
• Experience operating with local group senior/executive management teams and also posses strong leadership skills.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation and administration skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
• Strong business acumen.
• Strong process and project management skills.
• Experienced working in Mining Site environment it’s a plus
