What You Will Need
Our client needs a seasoned HC leader who has lived the realities of scaling a high-volume operation — someone who understands the hiring cadence, training demands, and people challenges that come with rapid store rollouts. Cultural alignment with a young, dynamic, and fast-moving leadership team is just as important as technical capability.

- 8–12 years of experience in Human Capital or HR, with a strong background in high-volume retail or F&B operations
- Hands-on experience scaling a business chain through rapid expansion — familiarity with the operational rhythm of growing a store network from the ground up is a strong advantage
- A proven track record in high-volume hiring — you know how to build pipelines, move fast, and maintain quality under pressure
- Strong capability in training and development infrastructure — you have built or scaled onboarding and capability programs that actually stick on the floor
- Experience managing HC across multiple locations, including newly opened or pre-opening markets
- Exposure to or appetite for cross-border people operations — the role will include contributing to an international market launch
- A hands-on, execution-first mindset — you are comfortable being close to the detail while keeping sight of the bigger picture
- A collaborative and energetic leadership style that resonates with a young, driven leadership team
- Comfort with ambiguity and the pace of a business where the plan can shift as fast as the market does
- Own end-to-end HC operations across all existing stores — ensuring hiring, onboarding, training, and people processes are running effectively and consistently
- Lead high-volume recruitment to support ongoing and upcoming store expansions — building pipelines and instilling a hiring culture that keeps pace with growth
- Build and scale a training infrastructure fit for rapid expansion — from frontline onboarding to supervisor development, ensuring every new store opens with a ready team
- Support the opening of new markets with the HC groundwork needed for a smooth ramp-up
- Contribute to the preparation and people planning for an international market launch, and coordinate on hiring frameworks, compliance considerations, and cultural onboarding
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to align people priorities with business targets and expansion timelines
- Establish HC reporting, headcount tracking, and workforce planning discipline across the network
- Build and develop the internal HC team to support the scale ahead
