About the Role
Our client is seeking a Head of HR to play a critical role in transforming the organization from a founder-led structure into a professionally managed enterprise. Reporting directly to the owner, this role will act as a key business partner for people, structure, and day-to-day organizational effectiveness.

The Senior HR Manager will oversee HR Strategy & Operations while leading a broader HR transformation agenda, including organizational restructuring, talent acquisition, and employer branding. This role will be a central decision-maker and trusted advisor to the owners during a period of change and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead organizational restructuring initiatives, including clarifying job titles, reporting lines, role ownership, and accountability.
  • Design and implement salary grading, role architecture, and clear job definitions across the organization.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, covering both replacement hiring and growth-driven talent needs.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization’s ability to attract and retain quality talent.
  • Oversee HR Operations and General Affairs, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management and compliance with local regulations.
  • Manage transition processes during restructuring, including workforce changes and stakeholder communication.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the owners on people strategy, organization design, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Lead and develop the HR & GA team, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to HR operations, organization design, and recruitment.
  • Proven experience supporting organizational transformation, restructuring, or professionalization initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and pragmatic leadership style, with the ability to work closely with owners and senior stakeholders.
  • High integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trust in a family-business environment.
