About the Role
This role will lead and oversee the overall Human Resources function, ensuring that HR operations effectively support business objectives.

The company is seeking a hands-on HR leader who can enhance current HR practices, build stronger people systems, and support organizational capability development — particularly within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, employee relations, and compliance
- Review and strengthen HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations
- Develop and implement structured performance management systems
- Align KPIs across departments
- Support leadership in managing employee performance effectively
- Lead recruitment initiatives to support business growth
- Develop workforce planning strategies for manufacturing and commercial teams
- Strengthen onboarding processes
- Identify training needs across the organization
- Design and implement development programs
- Support leadership capability building and succession planning
- Manage industrial relations matters within manufacturing operations
- Drive employee engagement and workplace discipline
- Support a positive and productive organizational culture
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Business, or related field
- Minimum 10–15 years of HR experience
- Strong experience in a manufacturing environment (essential)
- Experience in consumer goods or the FMCG industry is an advantage
- Proven track record in building and improving HR systems
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor law
- Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a structured office-based setting between Cikupa and Jakarta
