The Head of Growth & Partnerships will drive commercial growth, strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement across Malaysia and Indonesia. The role involves building relationships with government agencies, public-sector stakeholders, advertisers, sponsors, business leaders and high-profile individuals; developing new revenue opportunities; and securing advertising, sponsorships and strategic collaborations. The successful candidate will oversee VIP relationship management, support leadership and public-interest programmes, collaborate with editorial and creative teams on content and events, and represent the organisation at key industry and policy engagements. Additionally, the role requires strong market intelligence, disciplined reporting, team leadership and sound governance to strengthen the organisation's market presence, reputation and long-term growth.
