FSQ Manager

Our client is a global oleochemical manufacturer specializing in palm-derived products. They are seeking an experienced Head of Food Safety and Quality to lead their quality management function and report directly to senior leadership. This is a full-time role for someone with deep technical expertise in food safety systems, quality assurance, and quality control across FMCG and downstream palm processing operations.

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality management systems across food safety, quality assurance, and quality control
• Min. 7 years of FMCG experience with proven expertise in palm-derived products, oleochemicals, or biodiesel manufacturing
• Drive technical excellence and regulatory compliance across a downstream processing environment

Preferred Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of quality management experience in oleochemical, biodiesel, FMCG or food manufacturing, with direct exposure to palm-oil derived product lines
• Expert-level knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), quality assurance, and quality control methodologies
• Demonstrated experience managing quality across downstream processing, oleochemical production, or biodiesel manufacturing
• Strong technical foundation in food safety standards, regulatory compliance, and process validation
• Proven ability to lead quality teams, establish systems, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline
• Professional certification in quality management (ISO 9001, HACCP, or equivalent)
• Accreditation or formal training in food safety systems and regulatory frameworks relevant to FMCG or oleochemical processing
