Key Highlights:
- Spearhead the development and implementation of quality and safety programs, policies, and procedures across our operations in Indonesia.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HRBP, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs, to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure seamless integration of global quality standards and System within your area of responsibility.
- Expertise in food safety (FSQ), quality assurance, and quality control (QAQC) processes.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) systems.
- Adept at managing vendor and supplier relationships, conducting audits, and mitigating risks related to food safety and quality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to foster collaboration and alignment across the organization.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Relevant degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food or personal care industry.
