Head of Finance
A fast-growing regional FMCG trading company is looking for outstanding Chinese-speaking Finance professionals to join their Team as Head of Finance.

Based in Ho Chi Minh City, our client is a fast-growing regional FMCG trading company with operations across Southeast Asia, supporting the distribution and commercial growth of a diverse portfolio of consumer products.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Lead the FP&A function across the region, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, management reporting, and variance analysis.
- Partner closely with regional and local management teams to provide financial insights and support strategic business and commercial decisions.
- Oversee accounting and financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely month-end and year-end closing.
- Monitor business performance, cash flow, working capital, and key financial KPIs across multiple markets and legal entities.
- Drive financial planning and analysis initiatives, identifying risks, opportunities, and areas for cost optimisation and operational improvement.
- Lead and develop finance teams across the region, while working closely with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience, with strong exposure to FP&A, financial planning, and business partnering.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge with proven experience overseeing accounting, reporting, and compliance functions.
- Prior experience in FMCG, trading, distribution, retail, or other fast-paced consumer-facing businesses is highly preferred.
- Fluent Mandarin/Chinese and English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with regional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and leadership capabilities, with the ability to operate across multiple markets and manage senior stakeholders.
