Head of Enterprise Sales – AI Platform

About the Company:
Our client is a fast-growing AI technology company focused on transforming customer service operations through enterprise-grade AI solutions. They help large organizations improve customer experience by leveraging artificial intelligence to automate workflows, enhance service efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales efforts across Indonesia/SEA, managing complex deal cycles from prospecting to closing with large enterprise clients.
  • Build and grow strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and customer service decision-makers across major organizations.
  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying opportunities, opening new enterprise accounts, and expanding the company's market footprint.
  • Grow and retain existing accounts by identifying upsell opportunities and building long-term revenue streams.
  • Own and consistently exceed sales pipeline, activity, and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline visibility through Salesforce, including customer use cases, deal timelines, forecasts, and next steps.
  • Drive solution-based selling by translating technical AI capabilities into clear business value for enterprise stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with system integrators, cloud providers, and strategic ecosystem partners to drive enterprise sales success.
  • Navigate complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles involving procurement, technical teams, and executive leadership.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients by understanding operational pain points and positioning AI solutions that drive measurable impact.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within SaaS, AI, cloud, enterprise technology, or customer experience solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and closing large, complex enterprise deals.
  • Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated success in acquiring new logos and building pipeline from scratch.
  • Experience managing long enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Strong network with C-suite executives, enterprise leaders, and key decision-makers in Indonesia.
  • Proven experience working with system integrators and hyperscalers to drive partnership-led growth.
  • Strong ability to simplify technical concepts and communicate clear business value to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth, or early-stage startup environments with high ownership expectations.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Possesses great communication skills, both in English and Bahasa, with the ability to manage and build relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders.
