- Lead data science and machine learning initiatives to improve forecasting, personalization, and business decisions.
- Develop and execute a data science roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights to drive commercial and operational performance.
- Collaborate with business, IT, product, and analytics teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
- Provide strategic recommendations that support performance improvement and process optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in data science, analytics, or technology-driven roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with data analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
- Solid understanding of business problems and ability to turn data into practical insights.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
