The Head of Contracts and Commercial will lead contract strategy, commercial management, and tendering/procurement governance across the engineering, EPCC, and concession-based businesses. This role partners with the Executive Director and project leadership to protect margins, manage commercial risk, and ensure robust contract structuring across domestic and international projects.
