Head of Commercial – Hospital
Our client, a prominent hospital chain in Indonesia, is seeking a commercial leader to drive growth during their expansion phase.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage the sales and marketing functions for the hospital unit.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth in insurance, corporate, and referral channels.
- Oversee the performance of sales teams and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management to align commercial strategies with overall business goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between sales, marketing, and operational teams.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in similar role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and marketing targets.
