Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and implement brand marketing strategies across all cosmetics brands, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth ambitions.
- Portfolio & Brand Focus: Oversee the full portfolio while directly leading one priority brand, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution.
- Go-to-Market Excellence: Drive end-to-end brand initiatives from planning to launch and post-campaign evaluation, ensuring seamless integration across offline and online channels.
- Campaign Development: Lead the design and execution of integrated campaigns, including digital/social activations, retail promotions, and experiential marketing.
- Performance Management: Establish KPIs, monitor brand health, and evaluate campaign effectiveness to optimize future strategies.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the brand marketing team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and accountability across functions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, digital, product, and external agencies to ensure cohesive execution of brand activities.
- Innovation & Growth: Identify new opportunities to strengthen brand positioning, expand market presence, and drive category leadership, particularly within decorative cosmetics.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university; MBA preferred.
- More than 10 years of experience in brand marketing within the beauty or personal care industry, preferably with decorative cosmetics exposure.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale brand campaigns and managing multiple brands simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative, resourceful, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
