As the Group Financial Controller, you will undertake all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, internal control setting, yearly audit, business process improvement, compliance, and other finance activities.
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Budget activities according to the needs of the Company.
- Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements and management reporting at the holding company level.
- Monitor compliance with Group reporting policies and ensure consistent application of accounting principles across subsidiaries.
- Ensure Group financial reporting complies with applicable PSAK requirements
- Lead initiatives to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes across the Group.
- Lead the coordination and management of annual external audits and support interim reviews
- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the Group's financial internal control framework, policies, and procedures.
- Identify and assess financial reporting risks, accounting risks, fraud risks, and process control weaknesses across the Group.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as the Head of Finance
- CA Qualification is A MUST
- Have experience in Holding Level CONSOLIDATION
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
