Key Responsibilities
  • Build and develop the Government Relations function.
  • Maintain relationships with BPOM, BPJS, DPR RI Commission III and Commission VI, and other relevant government stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with doctors, hospitals, and medical associations, particularly in hematology and blood-related products.
  • Represent the company in meetings and discussions with government institutions.
  • Monitor government policies and developments related to healthcare and pharmaceutical products.
  • Develop relationships with patient organizations and other healthcare stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support business and healthcare-related objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Government Relations, Public Affairs, Corporate Affairs, or a similar role.
  • Background in a pharmaceutical company or consulting firm handling similar matters.
  • Strong and established relationships with BPOM, BPJS, DPR RI Commission III and Commission VI and other related institutions.
  • Good network with doctors and healthcare stakeholders in blood-related diseases, or plasma-related products.
  • Good understanding of the Indonesian healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
