GENERAL MANAGER - FREIGHT FORWARDING & TRANSPORT
📍 Location: Jakarta

My client are in the looking to connect with an experienced General Manager who has a strong track record across Freight Forwarding & Transportation.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially driven logistics leader who can balance business growth, sales, and operational excellence.

What you'll be responsible for:
- Lead the overall Freight Forwarding & Transport business
- Drive sales, business development, and revenue growth
- Develop new customers and strategic business opportunities
- Oversee end-to-end logistics process
- Lead Sales, Understanding of operations & Vendor Management functions
- Manage key customers and strategic partnerships
- Drive profitability, efficiency, and overall business performance
- Lead and develop the team

What we're looking for:
🔹 11+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Transportation
🔹 Strong Sales & Business Development background
🔹 Good understanding of end-to-end freight forwarding and transport operations
🔹 Proven leadership and team management experience
🔹 Strong commercial and negotiation skills
🔹 Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
