Our Client is recruiting for a Financial Controller (Sub-holding) who will be managing the Consolidation and strategy of the operating companies.
About The Company:
Our Client is a large Indonesian Mining Company, currently operating in AUSTRALIA. The company currently owns 3 mining assets, and looking for a Financial Controller to be based in AUSTRALIA.
As the Financial Controller, you will undertake all aspects of financial management, executing company's strategy, consolidating report, management reporting and investor relation.

As the Financial Controller, you will undertake all aspects of financial management, executing company's strategy, consolidating report, management reporting and investor relation.
Job Descriptions:
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of financial statements for the subholding and its operating subsidiaries.
- Ensure consolidated financial statements comply with applicable accounting standards (IFRS/PSAK) and corporate reporting requirements.
- Prepare consolidated management reports, including financial statements, supporting schedules, and analytical commentary.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for investors and shareholders.
- Develop executive dashboards highlighting financial performance, liquidity, profitability, capital expenditure, and key business indicators.
- Provide variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior periods, with clear explanations of key financial drivers.
- Prepare presentation materials for Board meetings, shareholder meetings, and strategic reviews.
- Coordinate the consolidation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts from all operating subsidiaries.
- Perform financial analysis on consolidated operating results, capital investments, cash flow, and balance sheet movements.
- Develop financial models to support strategic planning, financing initiatives, and investment decisions.
Key Requirements:
- MUST HAVE Australian PR or Citizenship
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Head of Finance
- Mining background is highly preferable.
- Knowledge of Australian Accounting Standard and Principles and Australian Tax Regulations.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, financial statements, and financial reporting
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
