Our client is a fast-growing logistics and fulfillment solutions company in Indonesia, specializing in providing flexible and customized services for brands, particularly within the beauty and personal care sector. Since its establishment, the company has scaled rapidly, operating multiple warehouses across Indonesia and supporting high-volume, 24/7 operations.
The business is now looking to hire a Finance Manager to strengthen its finance function. This role will take ownership of end-to-end finance operations, working closely with leadership to drive financial discipline, reporting accuracy, and business insights in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full spectrum of finance operations, including month-end closing, financial reporting, and reconciliation
- Prepare annual budgets and periodic forecasts, and monitor budget vs. actual performance
- Conduct variance analysis, identifying key cost drivers and revenue drivers, and provide clear explanations to senior management and board stakeholders
- Handle high-volume transaction environments, ensuring accuracy, control, and efficiency in financial processes
- Develop and improve financial reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analysis to support decision-making
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment with business operations
- Ensure proper financial controls, data accuracy, and compliance with internal policies
- Support ongoing improvements in systems and processes (e.g., ERP optimization and reporting enhancements)
- Lead and guide junior finance team members where applicable
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years of experience in finance, with exposure to end-to-end finance operations
- Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity is preferred
- Strong capabilities in budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis, including variance analysis
- Proven experience handling large transaction volumes
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or service-based is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and operationally intensive environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to senior stakeholders
- Based in or willing to be located within commuting distance to Tangerang (BSD, Bintaro, Karawaci, West Jakarta preferred)
