Our Client is recruiting for a Finance Director who will be leading Finance, Accounting, Tax of several entities, working closely with the CEO.

Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Budget activities according to the needs of the Company.
- Reporting of financial statements (Internal, Group, and OJK) that are accurate and timely for stakeholders and shareholders.
- Developing efficient standard operating procedures for both internal divisions in Finance and Accounting, as well as other related divisions.
- Spearhead finance and business transformation to serve the growth of the business.
- Be the business partner on long-term business plan and yearly financial planning.
- Determining an efficient and appropriate capital structure for the Company as long as the evolution of the Company's growth.
- Banking activities and relations with banks.
- Maintaining good relations with the Company's shareholders and potential investors.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as the Finance Director or CFO
- MUST have experience in Listed (Tbk) company
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
