Finance Director

As the Finance Director, you will provide strategic financial leadership across the organization, partnering closely with executive management to drive commercial performance, operational excellence, and long-term business growth. This position will oversee the Finance function, including Commercial Finance, Manufacturing Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and Financial Controls.

Job Descriptions

• Lead the overall finance function, providing strategic direction across all finance disciplines.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive business performance, profitability, and sustainable growth.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
• Drive commercial finance initiatives, including pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and business partnering.
• Oversee manufacturing finance, costing, inventory management, and operational financial performance.
• Ensure effective financial governance, internal controls, compliance, and risk management.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital investment planning.
• Deliver financial insights to support strategic decision-making and business transformation initiatives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance organization while driving continuous improvement across finance processes.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Finance Director, Country CFO, Business Unit CFO, or senior finance leader within a multinational manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in commercial finance, manufacturing finance, and business partnering.
• Demonstrated experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management.
• Strong understanding of costing, pricing, profitability analysis, and working capital management.
• Experience leading sizeable finance teams and partnering with executive leadership.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills are essential.
