Engineering Manager
We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead factory engineering, projects, and continuous improvement.
Our client is a manufacturing organisation that takes a hands-on approach to engineering. Rather than outsourcing, they execute most factory projects in-house, which means they need engineers who are technically strong, pragmatic, and capable of delivering results with both speed and quality. This Engineering Manager role is based at their manufacturing site and will oversee the engineering function across civil, construction, utilities, electrical, and MEP projects. You'll lead a team that gets things done.
- Manage civil, construction, utilities, electrical, and MEP engineering projects delivered in-house
- Lead a hands-on engineering team focused on technical excellence and project delivery
- Own the engineering strategy that keeps the factory running and evolving
Preferred Requirements
- Solid engineering background with hands-on experience in at least two of the following: civil, construction, utilities, electrical, or MEP engineering
- Proven track record managing engineering teams and delivering projects on time and to specification
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing environments and factory infrastructure
- Ability to balance quality with pace, and to make pragmatic decisions under pressure
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and coordinating across disciplines
